About the event
Into The River is a 60 minute slow flow yoga class inspired by the cleansing waters of the river in Big Sur, California. This experience has a restorative essence and is a gentle, all levels experience that will leave you feeling lighter and more in tune with your body, mind, and soul.
Over the Mountain is 60 minute steady climb inspired by the Ventana Mountains of Big Sur, California. This experience will move through an intentionally woven vinyasa flow that will encourage you to dig in, enjoy the build & leave you feeling inspired.
These classes also include hand woven music to enhance the overall experience. After purchase, an invite link will be sent to your email and the classes will be available for you to take as many times as you would like for one month.
