Two of the four classes (A Knotty Rebellion) are dependent on these amazing Yoga Tune Up balls that truly changed both my life and the lives of everyone I introduce them to. It's very important you order exactly the ones shown as we'll be doing very specific movements and exercises with them. You'll need both sets pictured below - this should come out to less than $60 after shipping etc! Which is also why I'm discounting this bundle of classes to save you $20.
